What is FirstDream?

Are there any brokerage fees?
No! FirstDream is entirely zero brokerage. You can post, list, search, and message builders or owners direct without any transaction fees.
How can I schedule a site visit?
Simply open any property details page, click the "Schedule Site Visit" button, enter your preferred date and contact details, and the host/builder will coordinate with you.
Are all builders and properties verified?
Yes. All listings require a valid RERA registration number and go through database validation by our administration team before going live on the platform.
How does the Referral Program work?
Go to the "Refer & Earn" section, input your name and your friend's contact information. Our admin team will get in touch with them, and you'll receive referral credit payouts on successful property bookings!
