Welcome to FirstDream Partner Portal. These Partner Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the partner services provided by FirstDream Properties and Event Management Services Ltd ("FirstDream"). By registering as a partner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
To register as a property professional, builder, or broker partner, you must possess the necessary licenses, credentials, and legal capacity to conduct real estate activities in your local region. Individual brokers, agencies, and developers in Maharashtra are required to supply valid Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) registration numbers where applicable. FirstDream reserves the right to suspend accounts that fail credential audits.
Unlike other platforms, FirstDream guarantees that leads generated from your listings or articles belong solely and exclusively to you. We do not distribute or resell your leads to third parties, nor do we display competing broker recommendations on your listings. Partners are solely responsible for following up on buyer queries in accordance with local regulations.
FirstDream operates on a flat monthly subscription model (Basic Broker, Professional Agent, or Enterprise Agency). There are no transaction commissions or listing success fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan at any time through your dashboard.
When publishing articles or blogs on FirstDream, partners must write high-quality, original content regarding local real estate market trends, micro-markets, or township reviews. Spamming, duplicate content, deceptive advertising, and listing properties without owner approval are strictly prohibited. FirstDream reserves the right to flag or remove content violating these guidelines.
Professional and Enterprise tier partners may distribute lead seats or listing management seats to their employees or agents. The primary account owner remains fully liable for all actions, communications, and listings submitted under their allocated team seats.
FirstDream operates as a network and platform directory for connecting premium home seekers with property professionals. FirstDream does not participate in actual property negotiation, sales contracts, or RERA mediation, and shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from property disputes or buyer-broker transactions.
